"Whenever our family gathers at the lake, we talk about our good fortune in having Lake Wisconsin Construction, and particularly Tim Ryan, involved in completely rebuilding but still preserving our very special lake house. When Tim Ryan agreed to do the project we were at a standstill with permitting, zoning and our architects. Once Lake Wisconsin Construction was involved, the project suddenly was under complete control and moving forward smoothly. Not only did Tim Ryan preserve the essential beauty of the original stone cottage built by my Grandfather in the 1930's, but he anticipated lifestyle needs for our growing family that we didn't foresee. We now have a beautiful lake home where the extended family from young to old can gather and relax. More important than our complete satisfaction with the home and landscaping has been the incredible care and attention Tim Ryan continues to provide even now, four years after construction. My 83 year old mother lives in the lake home year-round and all of us are comfortable knowing that, whether she wants a birch tree planted or the driveway widened, it will be taken care of by Lake Wisconsin Construction.
